Albert Motivans

Head of Data and Insights

Albert leads on data strategy for Equal Measures 2030, ensuring our results and insights are accessible to all. He has more than 20 years’ experience, including with UNESCO Institute for Statistics, UNICEF Office of Research, and the US Census Bureau.

Charlotte Minvielle

Charlotte Minvielle

Head of Business Development

Charlotte has worked as Head of Development for the Human Dignity Trust and as Senior Business Development Manager at WaterAid. She has over 12 years’ fundraising experience, including with War Child, Save the Children, Plan International and Mercy Corps.

David Stewart

Head of Finance and Operations

David has experience working on development and humanitarian assistance in Kyrgyzstan, Afghanistan and Turkey. He has an MBA from George Washington University in Washington, DC.

Saran leads on strategic communications at Equal Measures 2030 and has extensive experience in the humanitarian sector, including social behaviour change communications. She has worked as Head of Communications and Advocacy for UNICEF in Burkina Faso.

Sinéad works with our programme and partnerships team supporting partner organisations. She has over 7 years experience working to advance gender equality, including leading youth leadership and engagement at MenEngage Alliance.

Esme supports the communications team at Equal Measures 2030. She has experience supporting youth-focused organisations, writing about sustainability, and leading on a project raising awareness about postcolonial issues.

Coretta is the data capacity development lead at Equal Measures 2030. She has over a decade of experience in research and capacity development for research within the higher education and international development sectors.

Africa Programs and Partnerships Lead

Nadia is a global development professional specializing in the application of gender analysis in philanthropy, advocacy and policy work. She has over 13 years’ experience supporting women’s rights organizations in numerous countries and across all regions of Africa and originally joined EM2030 in her previous role as Programme Manager Girls' Education in Emergencies.
